“We got to the semi final of the AITEO Cup and amassed five points from three games played so far, including an away draw in a difficult ground at Osogbo and a big win against Rivers Angels in Asaba.

“I thought I gave my best to the team and I was expected to win every time but couldn’t win against FC Robo and thought the best is to leave the club I really cherish. Emenetie told

“I wish the team the very best and hope they get the ticket to play at the Super 4, we have a great squad and a lot is expected from them.” He concluded.

Following Emenitie’s resignation, the management of Delta Queens has appointed Tosan Blackson as Head Coach of the club for the remainder of the season.
