Invincible Angels FC Manager, Sylvester Usua, has warned his relegation rival Dream Stars Ladies that his side won’t go down without a fight.

With the Nigeria Women Premier League relegation play-off coming up on Wednesday the 2nd of October at the FIFA Goal Project, Abuja, the ‘Gboko Ladies’ head coach is optimistic that his side will avoid the drop in Abuja.

“The challenges don’t get easier, we are up for another important game. Ninety minutes to determine our fate in the league. Everyone wants to stay put at the top and it means its going to be tough, tougher than we can ever imagine”. He told thenwfl.com

“There is confidence in the camp ahead of this encounter”, he insisted. “We are playing against a very good team and we knew from the first game that it was going to be a difficult season.”

Invincible Angels scooped four points in six games at the regular NWPL season and Usua thinks they should have done better.

” We played well for large parts of the season but failed to win some important games. We were new in the league and learnt alot in our first season at the topflight. Now its up to us to win against DreamStars Ladies and stay put in the premier league.
