NWFL Premiership side, Sunshine Queens FC Team Manager, Seun Betiku, has said his team will be aiming to pick a slot when the inaugural CAF Women Champions League begins next season.
The young and versatile football administrator told thenwfl.com at the weekend and revealed that, their main priority in the coming season is to win the NWFL Premiership title and represent Nigeria in the African club championship.
Betiku, who had a glittering career as a goalkeeper, manning the post for Sunshine Stars of Akure, C.O.D United of Lagos, Kogi United and Osun United of Osogbo, hopes to build a promising career for himself as a football administrator by doing something extra-ordinary with the ‘Betty Babes’.

“We will go step-by-step, aim high and achieve our targets. The chances of Sunshine Queens in the league is very bright going by the quality of players in the club.
“The top is our aim and we are looking forward to becoming the first Nigerian club to clinch the ticket for the CAF Women Champions League and probably win it for our dear country, Nigeria.
” We know this is achievable with the players and coaches we have on ground. I am positive because that is what everyone wants here. We want to make names for ourselves and we won’t relent. He concluded.
